our food
A small glimpse into my big flavor world.
Seasonal, colorful, and made to share.
Fresh, Seasonal & Made for You
As a farm-to-table private chef in Lisbon, I start every menu I create starts with honest, seasonal ingredients: vegetables from local farms, herbs from nearby gardens, and fish from the Lisbon coast. I cook with a farm-to-table mindset, using what’s fresh and in season to create colorful, satisfying dishes. Some nights it’s a table full of mezze and shared plates; other times, a multi-course meal designed for something special. My food celebrates good ingredients and simple preparation – flavorful, wholesome, and made to share.
Mezze &
shared plates
Small bites, big flavor. From creamy dips and spiced roasted vegetables to warm flatbreads and vibrant sauces, mezze is my favorite way to start any meal. Inspired by Middle Eastern and Mediterranean kitchens, it’s colorful, healthy, and perfect for sharing with good company.
Seasonal salads
& vegetables
Shareable platters overflowing with bold Mediterranean flavors. Think lentil-stuffed vegetables, golden rice, grilled fish, or saucy beans, all designed to feed a group, whether it’s a cozy dinner or a festive gathering. Family-style meals bring everyone to the table and make home dining feel relaxed, generous, and joyful.
plated dinners
When the occasion calls for elegance, I bring it. Multi-course meals served with attention to flavor, color, and detail. Balanced, beautiful plates from appetizer to dessert. Perfect for intimate dinners, anniversaries, or small celebrations where every dish tells a story.
bBQ & grill
Laid-back, smoky, and full of flavor. From grilled seafood and marinated meats to vibrant vegetable sides, BBQ dinners are about good food and good energy. Perfect for villa stays or summer nights outdoors. A relaxed dining experience that tastes like Lisbon’s coast and feels like home.
Bringing the Restaurant to You
Every dish is made from scratch, cooked where you are, and served with warmth. Whether it’s mezze for sharing, a long-table family feast, or an elegant plated dinner, your home becomes the best restaurant in Lisbon.
My menus evolve with the seasons and the markets. Spring might bring fresh herbs, peas, and citrus; summer means grilled seafood, colorful mezze, and ripe tomatoes. In winter, you’ll find roasted vegetables, slow-cooked beans, and warm spices. No matter the season, everything I cook follows the same idea: simple, local, and made with care.
